Thread cutting and moulding on machines with driven spindle and manual feed. Machine type: Pillar/boom drills, machines with driven spindle.

Execution

• These devices are designed for thread cutting on drills with manual feed and without reversing the direction of the spindle
• When inserted in the machine, the stop arm must be secured against twisting so that the functionality of the device is guaranteed
• The integrated reversing gear means that thread cutting is possible without reversing the direction of the spindle
• Double feed in reverse motion
• Screw tap quick-change system

Advantage

• By withdrawing the machine spindle once the thread depth has been reached, the apparatus is automatically switched. The switching process is performed using a low-wear ball system
• The apparatus is maintenance-free and suitable for both right-hand and left-hand threads
• Rapid tool replacement
• Higher flexibility
