Weiter umfasst die Spezial-Linie SGP Werkzeuge, die aufgrund ihrer besonders hohen Leistung im Einsatz ultimative Wirtschaftlichkeit bieten. Dank ihrer einzigartigen Bauform erzielt sie eine unübertroffen hohe Zerspanungsleistung. Zudem verfügt sie über eine verblüffend längere Standzeit als konventionelle Fächerscheiben. Durch das Keramikkorn CO mit schleifaktiver, kühlender Spezialbeschichtung (FREEZE) entstehen – selbst bei thermisch ungünstigen Verhältnissen – keine Anlauffarben, sodass keine Nacharbeiten erforderlich sind.

Advantage

Das selbstschärfende Keramikkorn im Zusammenspiel mit der schleifaktiven FREEZE-Spezialbeschichtung erreicht einen ultra-kühlen Schliff und minimiert den Wärmeeintrag auf schlecht wärmeleitenden Werkstoffen wie Edelstahl (INOX).
Der übliche Funkenflug wird auf ein Minimum reduziert. Eine Schädigung von Edelstahlwerkstücken durch umherfliegende glühende Funken ist damit nahezu ausgeschlossen.
